Do you deliver flowers the same day in Auckland?+
Yes. Order before 3pm on a weekday and we hand-deliver the same day across Auckland, including the CBD, Ponsonby, Parnell, Newmarket and the Viaduct. Orders placed after the cutoff go out on the next delivery run.
How much does flower delivery cost in Auckland?+
Standard delivery is NZ$15. Orders over NZ$150 are delivered free. The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay, so there is nothing added afterwards.
Which Auckland suburbs do you deliver to?+
We deliver across the wider Auckland region, with same-day runs concentrated around the CBD and central suburbs. If you are unsure whether your address is covered, send us the postcode and we will confirm before you order.
Can I order flowers for a specific delivery date and time?+
Yes. Choose your preferred date at checkout and add a note if the delivery needs to land in a particular window — useful for birthdays, anniversaries and workplace deliveries.
Do you sell artificial flowers as well as fresh ones?+
We do. Alongside fresh seasonal bouquets we stock a premium range of realistic artificial and everlasting arrangements — a popular choice for offices, rentals and gifts that need to last.
Can you make a custom bouquet for my occasion?+
Yes. Tell us the occasion, colour palette and budget and we will build something to suit. Message us with an inspiration photo and we will confirm what is achievable with the flowers in season.
Do you arrange wedding and event flowers?+
We take on weddings, corporate events and styled shoots. These are quoted individually, so get in touch with your date, venue and rough guest numbers and we will come back with options.
Can you deliver sympathy and funeral flowers?+
Yes. We arrange sympathy bouquets, casket and standing tributes, and can deliver directly to a funeral home or service in Auckland. Let us know the timing and we will make sure it arrives ahead of the service.
Can I include a gift message with my flowers?+
Yes, and it is free. Add your message at checkout and we will hand-write it on a card. If you would rather stay anonymous, simply leave the sender name off.
How long will my flowers last, and how do I care for them?+
Fresh bouquets typically last five to seven days. Trim the stems on an angle, change the water every couple of days, and keep them out of direct sun and away from fruit to get the most out of them.
What if something is wrong with my order?+
Because flowers are perishable, all sales are final — but we stand behind our work. Contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we will put it right.
How do I place an order?+
Order online through the store, or message us on WhatsApp if you would prefer to talk it through. For same-day delivery we recommend ordering early in the day.
