How do I place an order?+
You can place an order through the store, by calling us, or via WhatsApp. We recommend ordering early for same-day delivery.
Do you offer custom arrangements?+
Yes. We can tailor bouquets and arrangements based on your occasion, colour palette, and budget.
What is your return policy?+
Because flowers are perishable, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours and we will review it promptly.
Do you deliver outside Auckland?+
We currently deliver across Auckland. For special requests outside the area, contact us and we will confirm availability.
How long does it take to receive my order?+
Same-day orders placed before the cutoff are delivered the same day. Other orders are delivered on the next available run.
Can I add a note?+
Yes, you can include a gift note during checkout and we will include it with your bouquet.
