These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Afloral Flowers website and the purchase of products from Afloral Flowers ("we," "us," or "our"), a business registered and operating in Auckland, New Zealand.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, including relevant consumer, privacy, and commercial laws.

2. Products and Orders
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify descriptions and pricing without prior notice.
- Fresh floral products: Flowers and seasonal stems are subject to availability. We may substitute stems of equal or greater value while preserving the overall style of your arrangement.
- Custom bouquets: Custom floral designs, event flowers, and special requests are available on request and may affect pricing and delivery timing.
- Order confirmation: An order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- For custom event flowers, a deposit may be required before work begins
- Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect already confirmed orders
4. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver across Auckland and selected New Zealand areas, subject to availability at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, incorrect delivery details, recipient availability, or force majeure events.
5. No Refunds and No Returns
All sales are final.
Due to the fresh, perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns once an order has been prepared or delivered.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at afloralflowernz@gmail.com. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or store credit. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable New Zealand consumer law.
Fresh flowers naturally vary in colour, shape, size, and lifespan. Minor seasonal variation is not considered a defect.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Distance Selling)
Fresh flowers and custom floral arrangements are perishable and often prepared specifically for your delivery date.
Cancellation requests are reviewed case by case and may not be possible after flowers have been sourced, prepared, or dispatched.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, and software — is the property of Afloral Flowers or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content from this website without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Afloral Flowers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.
Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
9. Warranty and Conformity
We take care to prepare each arrangement to a high standard using fresh flowers and suitable packaging for local delivery.
Flower colour, size, opening stage, and exact stem selection may vary from photos because arrangements depend on seasonal supply.
10. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
11. Electronic Commerce
This website provides clear information about our identity, products, pricing, and the steps to conclude a contract before you place an order.
12. Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first at afloralflowernz@gmail.com to resolve any dispute amicably.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of New Zealand. Consumers may also seek mediation or alternative dispute resolution under applicable New Zealand law.
13. Force Majeure
Afloral Flowers shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic, war, government actions, disruptions in telecommunications or power supply, or carrier delays.
14. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered customers.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
